How do I walk my talk?
For myself “walking my talk” shows up as regularly exercising in nature, which is supported with quality sleep hygiene and a nutrient dense diet. I enjoy skiing and other outdoor activities with my family. I deepen my meditation practice by participating in Vajrayana meditation retreats a few times a year. Socially, I compete in several athletic races each year including Ironman and half ironman triathlons as well as half marathons and a host of local island races.
About Brandon
He has enjoyed a vibrant career that began as a hobby when he was 15 years old with Reiki and Reflexology workshops my freshman year of high school. In my sophomore and junior year of college I started taking weekend intensives with master teacher Dub Leigh, the assistant of both Ida Rolf’s and Moshe Feldenkraise in the 1960’s. While working on a Lobster boat in Maine, my captain suggested that my hobby could be a clue to my future career. So In 2004 he excelled at the famed Boulder College of Massage and then continued learning over the next 15 years; Thai Massage in Thailand, all the Cranial Sacral Therapy courses with Upledger Institute, and Meditation Instructor training from Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Most recently he completed an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College in 2019 to provide the necessary training to open Lavender Farm Wellness.

Caroline Sextone
How do I walk my talk?
The way I walk my talk is rooted in how I’ve learned to care for myself—with balance, presence, and authenticity. I discovered Zen Shiatsu and Energy healing in the '90s, which led me on a path of self-healing and growth. Today, I prioritize meditation, breathwork, time in nature and by the ocean, mindful movement, and a nourishing, healthy diet and plenty of delicious water. On the days I can’t fit it all in, I lean into being gentle, kindness to myself, and a good sense of humor—because that’s part of healing too.
About Caroline
Caroline’s journey into the holistic healing arts began at an open house at the Boston Shiatsu School, where the immediate effects of student work astonished her. That moment opened the door to Zen Shiatsu, Shinkiko Healing Energy, and Sotai—and a new way of living. Having lived on Nantucket years ago before spending over two decades in Los Angeles, returning now feels like a true homecoming. Her work is rooted in presence, compassion, and the belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the space and support it needs.
Caroline currently offers sessions in Zen Shiatsu, Sotai (gentle movement to realign the body), Shinkiko Energywork, Reiki, Spinal Flow, and Therapeutic Massage. Each modality is used intuitively, depending on the unique needs of the client, with the intention of restoring balance, flow, and deep relaxation.
Modalities
Customized Massage, Zen Shiatsu, Reiki, Spinal Flow Therapy
