Lavender Farm Wellness Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.lavenderfarmwellness.com/ website and the Lavender Farm Wellness mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) duly organized under the laws of Massachusetts. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Appointment Reservations: Clients can book appointment; in person, by phone, via our Lavender Farm Wellness mobile App or through our website. In order to reserve an appointment a client must provide a valid credit card to complete the reservation.
Appointment Confirmations: When appointments are booked both the client and the service provider receive a SMS text, email, and in App notifications to confirm the appointment.
48-hour appointment reminders: The client receives an appointment reminder 48 hours prior to the appointment by text, email, and in-app notifications.
Cancellation and Change Policy: We are a small studio and each guest is important to us. In consideration of our other guests we require 48-hour for changes or cancellations to avoid being charged in full. We understand that work obligations take priority and you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in their place.
Appointment payment:
· The payment for appointments happens 48 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 48 hours prior to the appointment with the valid credit card on file.
· If invalid credit card information is discovered 48 hours prior to the appointment, then an email and text notification will be sent to the client. When the client updates the credit card information, then the appointment will be charged at that time.
· If the credit card information is not updated, then the appointment reservation will be forfeited.
