Year Round Seeking part time Massage Therapists, Bodyworkers and Healers

Massage Therapists is primarily responsible for performing massage treatments and providing excellent guest service- as well as keeping work areas stocked, clean, and up to Lavender Farm Wellness standards.

Lavender Farm Wellness is a therapist owned wellness center that provides 60 or 90 minute services on and off-site. As a Massage Therapist, your craft is valued and recognized for its healing properties. Our guests look to our experts for stress release and the healing effects of massage and wellness services.

Details:

• $15 per hour

• $30 commission per 60min session, $45 per 90min session

• $25 additional per house appointment

• Full time June 1st to September 30th

• Housing provided separately

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform multiple modalities in accordance with standard treatment protocols at a high level of quality, within the appropriate time allotted for the service, while giving exceptional guest service.

• Must be willing to receive coaching based on guest feedback and supervisor experience.

• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the Department’s policies and procedures.

• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.

• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Handling guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must possess valid Massachusetts Massage License

• Submit to a Massachusetts CORI background check

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Hands-on experience in a spa, resort, or wellness center preferred

• Interest in yoga, meditation and other bodywork modalities is a plus

COVID Precautions

Guests wear masks at all times, answer screening questions when they book their appointments, and have their temperature when they arrive. Team members also wear masks at all times and have their temperatures daily.
