Wellness Scheduling App: Provider Side
Wellness App Overview
Lavender Farm Wellness’s App provides the real-time availability and book-ability of services on the island which will be in the hands of the island's medical, hotel, and real estate communities.
Would you like 1 or 2 more sessions per week? Having money put right into your bank account? Do you love receiving referrals, but hate the hassle of endless texts and emails, the back and forth of when, where and how the appointment is going to happen?
On the Lavender Farm Wellness App each appointment request is;
Filtered through your availability
Preselected one of four locations

Your office
Their home with address
or Zoom depending on the service .
They have even preselected a gratuity
Once you accept the appointment 80% of the service fee plus gratuity is sent directly to your bank account in 1-3 days.
If you need an uplifted and inclusive office space, then we have monthly, weekly, and per session options available, email Brandon@LavenderFarmWellness.com.

Frequently Asked Questions
Thanks for the recent questions, I thought they would be worth sharing with all.
How does the schedule work and can I accidentally get double booked?
Two ways. First during the set up profile you defines your general schedule which days and times you are available. Second the google calendar then shows the app when you are available on a hour by hour basis and doesn’t show when you’re already busy with another appointment.
How are services priced?
If single service is offered by many people such as massage therapy or private yoga then there will be a common price.
However if the service is specialized such as polarity, surf lessons or iyengar yoga then separate service description and price will be created.
Services at client locations have an extra $50 and 30 min of travel time buffered into every session.
How am I paid?
During the wellness provider sign up process you add your bank account and routing number so the funds are directly deposited into your account.
The provider is paid 80% of the service fee and all of their gratuity is directly deposited, usually in 1-3 days.
All services are performed as an independent contractor and you will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.
I'm not tech savvy, how do I get started?
We are here to help, you can stop by the wellness center between 9:30-4:30 Mondays-Saturdays and someone is available to walk you through step by step. Or email too...
Why do you need a picture of my licenses?
We require a picture of your state service license (LMT for example), certificate or something so know that you have the authority and scope of practice to offer your services.
Why do you do a background check?
We run everyone’s name through the Massachusetts state database. This communicates trust to potential clients who are using the app. Having something on your record doesn’t mean you can’t be on the App.
Wellness Provider Agreement
Here is a copy of the Wellness Provider Agreement that you apt into during the sign-up process. It’s reminder that we are in this together and need to have a few ground rules. Not abiding by the Provider Agreement can result in having your account put on hold.
