Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Class - Wednesday’s 5:15-6:00pm
In this class series you will learn foundational skills to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice. Each week will introduce tools and resources for you to practice on the cushion and in daily life. During this 45 minute class we will have a brief discussion on the daily topic, a guided meditation followed by a gently supported open meditation period to practice your new skills.
