Easily update your credit card on the your App
Navigate to the “Profile” section on your App
Select “Update Credit Card Information”
Enter new credit card information
What’s the prepayment and cancellation rule
48 hours prior to the sessions the appointments are prepaid.
If the payment fails, then your are sent a notification by text and email to update the payment method on file.
Then 24 hour prior to the service the appointment is charged.
If the payment fails 24hour prior, then the appointment is cancelled and that time becomes available to the public.
