Jenny Flanagan

Jenny Flanagan is a meditation and movement teacher who uses her deep connection with the natural world to find and share awe in every moment of life. Jenny is an avid cyclist and multisport athlete who discovered a meditation practice as an integral part of her training. Her passion for movement, meditation and the natural world led her to earn certifications as Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a Mindful Outdoor Guide.
