Week 3 - Mental & Physical Walls
Our bodies naturally strive for health. Wellbeing can be compromised in two ways: from within (internal conditions causing imbalance) or externally (influences on our physiology). Central to this is our mind. A cluttered mind with persistent thought patterns can hinder the balance of our internal and external health. On the flip side, fostering improved mental health acts as rocket fuel, positively influencing our entire physiology!
